If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Refund and Return Policy is designed to ensure a straightforward and hassle-free process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps for returning or requesting a refund.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened and Unused Products: You can return products within 14 days of receiving them if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to initiate a return. We will either replace the damaged product or offer a full refund.
- Perishable Products: Due to the nature of our products, perishable items such as meats, seafood, dairy, and frozen goods are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@xylasopic.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- A brief description of the reason for the return (e.g., damaged, wrong item, etc.)
- Photographs of damaged or defective items (if applicable)
Once we approve your return request, you will receive return instructions, including the address to which you should send the product(s).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure the items are safely returned.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. Items that are opened, used, or not in resaleable condition will not be accepted for return.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
- Perishable Goods: Including but not limited to meats, seafood, dairy, and frozen foods.
- Gift Cards: If applicable, gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Xylasopic is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, but we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter.
